AUGUST 23-25 - THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF THE COMMUNION OF APOSTLES AND CHURCHES (CAC) WILL CONVENE ITS FIRST EVER GENERAL APOSTOLIC COUNCIL OR SENATE GATHERING.
The Executive Council of the Communion of Apostles and Churches announces that it is convening a General Apostolic Council or Senate gathering during the week of August 23-25. This historic gathering is being convened for the purpose of reviewing the core beliefs, architectural paradigms or blueprints, apostolic strategies and structures that have been entrusted to the CAC by the Lord Jesus, who is the Chief Apostle and Head of the Church.
In addition, the Apostles, five-fold ministers, and Ruling Pastors or Elders of the CAC will receive into the membership of its fellowship of apostles and communion of churches two apostolic networks of ministers and churches. It will also commission several four new apostolic campaigns or missions: India, North America, First Nations, and Africa.
According to the Executive Council, this gathering August 23-25 is not just another "conference" or "preaching meeting". Instead, it is a "governmental" or "working" meeting designed to envision, activate, align, and mobilize the ministers and churches of the member networks of the communion to work together as one to restore the foundations laid by Jesus and the original Apostles of Christ in the beginning of Christianity and reform the Lord's Church globally, so that as one Holy Apostolic Church it might succeed in its Kingdom mandate to disciple nations and fill the earth with the glory of the sons and daughters of God.
The apostolic fathers or heads of the CAC member networks who make up the Executive Council are taking this bold step of faith to convene this General Council or Senate meeting in obedience to a "proceeding word" given them by King Jesus, the Lord of the harvest, concerning several specific doors of opportunity He has opened to them as the CAC begins a brand new season in its life and work together as a communion.
This August 23-25 General Council or Senate will be hosted by the CAC Executive Council at the King's Church's at 7999 Philips Highway, Jacksonville, Florida 32256. Friends of the CAC are also invited to join us in this General Council as interested observers.
